Global Woman Club is an ever growing network where members enjoy many benefits, including the delightful breakfast. What we really love about the Global Woman platform is that it brings together a high quality of women from all around the world and they feel comfortable with each other… In every gathering we feel that we are returning back home. Global Woman Club started in an office in central London in March 2016, and there will be 24 Global Woman Clubs worldwide by the end of 2018.

Sue Ivory

Regional Director, Tirana

Sue Ivory is a Third Culture Adult and has to date resided on three continents, in seven countries, in 13 cities. She is British and grew up in the south east of England in the county of Essex. Her first opportunity to travel came at age 14 and she was straight away enthralled and began to dream of ways to travel more.

Sue is an early years nursery nurse who has specialised in teaching English as a foreign language to pre-schoolers in numerous international school settings.  She holds the NNEB,  Montessori and CELTA qualifications but as a true Montessori-an,  preferences the hands-on learning experience of actually “taking the plunge” and doing.  Sue has worked with a diverse range of children in top International schools around the world, currently teaching at Tirana International School.

At the same time, Sue has worked in a voluntary capacity, holding, loving and teaching infants abandoned into the care of orphanages along with children with extra needs – she seeks to meet immediate physical needs and  whilst truly seeing that individual child for who they are and nurturing them.
